Nathan is the global leader for the energy and cleantech and a partner at Grant Thornton UK. He established the UK firm's renewable energy team in 2003 and over the past decade has developed this into a broad energy, cleantech and sustainability group.
Nathan manages a specialist advisory team and offers support to both public and private sector clients, ranging from central and local government to utilities and independent developers, covering commercialisation and business cases, finance raising and due diligence in a range of sectors, including: onshore and offshore wind; energy efficiency; waste to energy and a number of emerging technologies.
Nathan has also worked with a number of clients on strategy implementation in the sector, such as aggregator models to scale up programmes for investment and strategies for accelerating investment.
Recent clients include: E.On, Cofely, P&O Ferries, Ofgem, and the Scottish Government.
